Disowned my alcoholic son

Having done this The anger and pain I feel is most times overwhelming and unbearable but I just read something from an alcohol charity which made me feel a bit better.

A very true quote! This must have been so hard to do, but well done for having the strength to do it.
Hopefully your son is able to get clean and begin to repair some of the relationships his chaos has damaged.
