Hi all,
My 20 year old daughter is an active cocaine user and currently living away from home sofa surfing .
Like all on this group I am going through hell and heartbreak.
Wondering if anyone else in a similar situation to me and wants to do something "normal" ? :)
just thought it may be nice to have a coffee or a walk with someone in the same boat, not necessarily to discuss the addict, more to do something "normal" with a new friend who understands the heart break in our lives but knows we have to keep going (hope that makes sense 😀).

Id like to echo what Mouse55 said. Having been through this hell and heartbreak ourselves I do know the value of having someone to meet up for coffee with someone who isn’t family but who just ‘gets it’ and who is happy to talk about it x

Hi , I’m not near you but believe this group is . Its called DAFS ( Drug and Alcohol family support) they are always advertising meetings in Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keyes etc …Hopefully this link will work but if not they have a facebook page 😊
