Sending strength to everyone facing a difficult and emotional day today. We clearly aren’t alone experiencing the pain of watching a loved one struggle and have a negative impact on Christmas for those around them. I’m preparing to face the day so my daughter can have a good Christmas at the same time as being anxious about handling my son’s destructive behaviour as he is clearly overwhelmed. It’s hard to cover up my emotions that come with this situation. Good luck all and keep going x
